Welcome Ms. Rollin’s Rockstars!

Hello 5th-8th grade students and families,

As a proud Southeast D.C. native raised near Anacostia Park and a product of D.C. public schools, I’ve always carried a deep sense of purpose rooted in community, resilience, and empowerment. Growing up as the only girl among two siblings and participating in the I Have a Dream Foundation helped shape my early understanding of the importance of access, opportunity, and representation. That foundation propelled me into a life of discipline and passion, becoming a Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and World Champion, while also dedicating the past 10 years to educating young minds in math and science.

My work as a Restorative Practitioner and Social Emotional Learning Coach has further deepened my commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and transformative spaces for all students. Now living in Baltimore City with my husband of 10 years and our twin daughters—both of whom are proud MMA practitioners—I continue to live out my commitment to family, wellness, and education. Together, we co-own Charm City Mixed Martial Arts, where we blend discipline and mentorship to uplift our community.

Whether I’m on the mats, in the classroom, or on horseback with my family, my goal remains the same: to lead with purpose, cultivate growth, and inspire the next generation to realize their full potential—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
