Welcome to Ms. Scully’s Brain!
Hello SPED students and families,
I am originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, and grew up on Carolina farmland in a teeny tiny town called Wise. That's where the accent comes from! As one of five children, I spend lots of time with my immediate and extended family. My siblings and cousins are still my best friends, even as adults!
I began teaching with KIPP DC in 2017, after graduating from Winthrop University and transitioned to KIPPDC Innovate in 2021 after graduating with my Master's Degree.
I have lived all up and down the east coast and currently live in Greenville, South Carolina, where I love spending time hiking with my dogs, exploring the local vintage markets, and hunting for the best burger in town.
